Orders are collected daily via APC Overnight, with delivery typically within 24 hours (in some cases can take 48 hours so please be aware). For next day or Saturday delivery, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
While we aim to dispatch orders the same day, high volumes may result in next-day dispatch.

Please inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any damages, faults, or issues promptly. If inspection isn’t possible on delivery, sign as “unexamined.”

Products are insured in transit. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. For international shipping outside the EU, contact us for a quotation. Please note, international orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with AJ Gammond Agricultural Stores. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your purchase within 7 working days from the day of delivery.
To cancel:
- Notify us in writing (via email or website contact details)
- Return the goods in original, resaleable condition at your own cost unless faulty or sent in error
For your safety, we recommend a recorded delivery service. Products must be securely packaged; our courier may refuse collection if goods are inadequately packed.
💡 Once delivery begins, cancellation of delivery charges (e.g., postage, packing) is no longer possible.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval. Damaged or incomplete returns will be revalued, and appropriate deductions may apply. Any disputes will be referred to your local Trading Standards Office.

👕 Clothing Exchanges
Please refer to our sizing chart before purchasing. If clothing doesn’t fit, items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll send the correct size at no extra carriage cost (if in stock).
Returns after 10 days will incur a postage and handling charge. All items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging to qualify for exchange.
🚫 Incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 20% handling charge.
